Honor 600 and 600 Pro Smartphones Launch Globally

The Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro have been launched globally, together with European [Update: and now also UK] pricing, and they’re far more interesting than they look.

Honor introduced its latest upper-mid-range/flagship (who even knows what these terms mean anymore) smartphone series in Malaysia earlier in the week, but today brings the local European launch.

Let’s get the obvious point out of the way: both phones have a distinctly familiar design. Let’s face it, they look a lot like the iPhone 17 Pro, even down to a vivd orange colourway for the regular model.

However, the provision of competitive specs and aggressive pricing at a time when a lot of manufacturers seem to be struggling has us interested.

Honor 600

The Honor 600 gives you a 6.57-inch 2728 x 1264 AMOLED screen with a maximum HDR brightness of 8000 nits – yes, you read that right.

It’s powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, which is a modern, very much mid-range component, backed by either 8 or 12GB of RAM.

There’s a double camera on the back, led by a 1/1.4-inch 200Mp main sensor, and backed by a 12Mp ultra-wide with autofocus. The front camera is a jaunty 50Mp number.

It might ostensibly be a mid-range phone, but the Honor 600 is clearly built to last. Its iPhone-esque design utilises the same unibody cold-carving process as the Pro model, with the same IP68, IP69 and IP69K water-resistance and SGS 5-star drop-resistance ratings.

There’s also a 6400mAh battery, with 80W wired charging support and no wireless charging provision.

The Honor 600 lands in Europe from 30 April, with pricing starting from €649.99 (which works out to around £560) for the 256GB model. The 512GB step-up model will cost €699.99 (about £600).

This puts it firmly in iPhone 17e territory.

If you get in early, you can get both variants (no, I’m not sure how that works out either) for €499.99 with 12 months of screen insurance.

Honor 600 Pro

The Honor 600 Pro offers much the same design as its non-Pro brother, as well as the same display, but adds a couple of noteworthy upgrades (and a price) that lift it firmly into flagship territory.

One notable upgrade is the provision of a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. That’s the chip commonly used in last year’s flagship phones rather than the very top 2026 handsets, but the performance difference isn’t huge.

Another flagship-level addition is a dedicated 50Mp 3.5x telephoto camera on top of the Honor 600’s standard dual set-up.

The Honor 600 Pro also adds 50W wireless charging support to the equation, though its 6400mAh battery capacity and 80W wired charging support remain consistent.

We can also confirm that both of these phones will give you six years of Android updates and security support here in Europe, which is reassuring – if not quite up there with Samsung and Google at the top of the market.

The sole 512GB model of the Honor 600 Pro will cost €999.99 (about £865) when it hits European shops. That’s OnePlus 15 or Motorola Signature territory.

As with the Honor 600, if you get in early, you’ll secure a big saving of €200 and 12 months of screen insurance. An extra bonus is the choice of a free Honor Pad X8a tablet or an Honor Choice Projector Air Pro, as well as a pair of Honor Choice Headphones Lite for the first 500 orders.

Update 07/05/26: Honor has now revealed the UK pricing for its new duo of phones. The Honor 600 costs £549.99 for 256GB and £599.99 for 512GB. The Honor 600 Pro costs £899.99 for the sole 512GB model.

We’re also getting the recently announced Honor 600 Lite mid-ranger, which features a Dimensity 7100 Elite processor, a 6.6-inch AMOLED display, and a 6520mAh battery. The sole 256GB model costs £369.99.

Honor is offering up to a £200 early bird discount on its online store for the Honor 600 Pro, up to £150 off for the Honor 600, and £20 off the Honor 600 Lite.
