What happens in the Fathers trailer?

The video teases the unsettling mystery of a woman who returns to society 15 years after she was abducted. It highlights the dilemma she’ll face when she gets confronted by two different men claiming to be her father. As she tries to piece her fractured memories together, she must figure out which one of them is telling the truth.

Fathers is written and directed by Harley Wallen. The movie stars Kaiti Wallen, Harley Wallen, Jerry Hayes, Emilia Linnea, Leslie Mechigian, Kayden Bryce, and Deon Hunt, to whom the film is lovingly dedicated. For her leading performance, Kaiti Wallen has nabbed the Best Actress award at the Top Indie Film Awards in Tokyo. It hails from Painted Creek Productions and One Tree Entertainment.

“I set out to tell a contained story about deception between three people, but the deeper I went, the more it echoed the world around us,” Wallen said in a statement. “We’re living in a time where truth feels fractured, where influence is constant, and where certainty is often an illusion. Fathers explores what that does to us — how it shapes our identity, our trust, and ultimately, our reality.”
