Pam Grier isn’t letting her age slow her down. In fact, the 76-year-old is feeling better than ever.
During her appearance on the “Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus” podcast, the “Foxy Brown” actress got candid about her days-long orgasms.
And this isn’t the first time the esteemed actress has spoken publicly about sex. In 2025, she admitted to being “horny as f-ck.”
Grier isn’t one to bite her tongue, and she proved that to be true on the May 13 episode of the aforementioned podcast.
“When you’re young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour,” she said, adding that now that she’s in her 70s, one orgasm lasts “three days.”
According to Grier, there’s nothing a person her age needs to do to reach the kind of climax she’s referring to. However, she wants people to “be prepared,” adding it could “be three whole days.”
She added, “I think it’s my age,” before joking that had she had this experience during her younger years, “I would have had a better life and better boyfriends.”

Online, social media users have been reacting to Grier’s candid admission about sex, and it’s safe to say that some are curious about the actress’s abilities.
“I can understand a few aftershocks to last a couple hours. But 3 days?” someone wrote on Instagram, while another commented, while another said, “Like aftershocks? Yep. I’m familiar.”
Another user seemed to affirm Grier’s experience, saying, “This is why older women are with younger men.”
One netizen chimed in, adding, “I wouldn’t be able to go to work if that happened,” while another said, “Pam please ok — get that checked.”
Pam Grier Previously Said She Was Feeling Hot And Bothered
This, of course, isn’t the first time Grier has been open about her sex life. During a previous interview with Allison, the actress revealed she was “horny as f-ck.”
During the conversation, she also touched on her relationship with her “person,” sharing that he found her from “another part of the world.”
Continuing, Grier, who has appeared in “Jawbreaker,” “Snow Day,” and “Bones,” said that she feels child-like when she’s around her romantic partner.
“I said, ‘Oh my goodness, this is what people talk about, and I know exactly what they’re talking about now. One side of my body was [feeling] that. The other side said, ‘Aww, Suki Suki Now!’” she joked.
“I said, ‘If I can just get an hour with this person, a day… it would be cool. I’m lucky to have it, because some of my friends never, ever had it. But they married, they had children, because society said so,” she added.
Grier Recalls Painful Experiences From Her Childhood In The Midwest

In January 2026, Grier appeared on “The View” and spoke about her dangerous upbringing as a military kid in Columbus, Ohio.
“The military wouldn’t allow Black families to live on the base, so you had to live in an apartment,” she said. “You couldn’t take a bus, couldn’t afford a car, your dads walked to the base. Sometimes, we’d go from tree shade to shade to get back to the apartment — my brother and I and my mom — with bags.”
Grier said that her mother would oftentimes attempt to shield her and her sibling from harm, revealing she once saw a person “hanging from a tree.”
“They have a memorial for it now, where you can see where people were and left,” she said. “It triggers me today, to see that a voice can be silenced. And if a white family supported a Black [family], they’re going to get burned down, killed, or lynched as well.”
Grier Suffered Injuries While Filming ‘Foxy Brown’ In The ’70s

During an interview with PEOPLE, Grier opened up about the experience she had while filming “Foxy Brown” in the 70s.
“I still have injuries,” she said before revealing she didn’t have a stunt double to step in for her. “I didn’t have a stunt double, so I had to look and appear convincing,” she added. “I got hurt.”
