We know whose side the Saturday Night Live folks are on when it comes to Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson’s split!
During the latest installment of the sketch comedy show, cast members Michael Che and Kam Patterson weighed in on the messy split between the rapper and NBA star. In the Weekend Update, Kam asked:
“Who would cheat on Meg Thee Stallion? Who even is this guy?”
Michael responded:
“You don’t know Klay Thompson? He’s a world famous pro basketball player.”

Playing coy, Kam joked:
“Wait a minute, there’s a WNBA for men? What would you even call that? The MNBA?”
HA!
The 27-year-old continued:
“To me, he’s not Klay. He’s dirt. What Meg Thee Stallion needs is a real man.”
Kam then went on to not-so-subtly describe himself when pressed about what exactly a “real man” entails. He then offered a message to Megan directly:
“Am I the man you want? Probably not. But am I the man you need? Also no. But you already had the best, baby. So why not try the rest?”
