TouchRight targets CRM partnerships after Alto integration

Property inspection platform TouchRight is pursuing additional CRM integrations following the completion of its connection with Alto’s system, according to director Miriam Roth.

The integration with Alto represents one of two key developments since Roth acquired TouchRight Software from Plentific in May 2025. The company is now exploring partnerships with other property industry CRM providers.

Integration details

The Alto integration connects core property and appointment functions with TouchRight’s inspection and reporting capabilities, allowing data to transfer automatically between the two systems. According to Roth, the integration addresses requests from agents to reduce manual data entry.

“When I stepped into the role of director, my primary goal was to ensure that our direction was focused and, more importantly, guided by the actual needs of managing agents and inventory clerks,” Roth said.

The development comes as property technology adoption continues to evolve across the UK sector, with firms balancing automation with operational requirements.

AI functionality launched

TouchRight has also introduced Report Assist AI, which provides automated photo descriptions and condition assessments within the platform’s workflow. The feature was developed after a client enquired about integrating their own AI programme into the system.

“It was a brilliant suggestion, but it made me wonder why we shouldn’t go a step further,” Roth said. “Instead of just a plugin, I wanted to build our own dedicated AI system that was integrated deeply into the inventory process and accessible to everyone on our platform.”

The AI tool launch follows increased investment in property technology platforms, as companies seek to streamline processes for agents and inventory professionals.

Market context

The moves come one year after Roth’s takeover of the business. TouchRight provides inspection and reporting software for managing agents and inventory clerks in the property sector. The platform focuses on data synchronisation between property management systems and reporting tools to reduce administrative workload.

The company has not disclosed the number of current CRM partnerships under discussion or a timeline for additional integrations.
