A Tech Stack Designed for Planning, Efficiency

- Advertisement - Demo

VestGen Wealth Partners’ tech stack is built to support a consistent, planning-led client experience while improving advisor efficiency. We prioritize integrated, best-in-class systems that align with our [proprietary] Vision Path Planning process and reduce fragmentation across workflows.

Our approach balances alignment [ensuring systems work together within a unified process] with advancement [introducing capabilities that enhance client outcomes and advisor productivity].

CRM: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

We selected this as our system of record to centralize client data, workflows and pipeline management. We view Salesforce as best-in-class for the size and scale we are building toward.

We evaluated other CRMs, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, but Salesforce stood out for scalability and integration. We’ve also seen a wide range of CRMs through practices joining our firm, which gave us a real-world perspective and reinforced that decision. It’s widely used by firms like JPMorgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, and Charles Schwab, making advisor onboarding more seamless.

Reporting & Portfolio Management: Orion

This provides integrated performance reporting, portfolio accounting and a centralized hub across trading, proposals and client reporting. Orion plays a key role in connecting multiple parts of our ecosystem while enhancing the client-facing experience.

We evaluated other platforms, but Orion stood out for consolidating key functions into one system and integrating cleanly across our stack.

Trading & Rebalancing: Orion Eclipse

We selected Orion Eclipse because it automates trading and rebalancing across portfolios.

Financial Planning: eMoney Advisor

This is a core planning tool supporting our Vision Path Planning framework. We view eMoney as best-in-class, offering both deep customization and strong ongoing advisor support.

Vision Path is our proprietary process that guides clients through the full financial picture, including tax, estate, insurance, income and investments.

For advisors, it creates a consistent, repeatable client journey from discovery to implementation, and eMoney supports that with strong cash-flow modeling and scenario analysis. It’s fully integrated into how we train advisors and deliver planning at scale, making it a core part of our operating model.

Document Management: Box

We find that Box provides centralized, secure document storage and sharing.

Primary/Secondary Custodians: Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity, PCS Retirement

VestGen utilizes multiple custodians to support client and advisor flexibility.

AI Services: Zocks

Zocks captures meeting notes and structures client data. It also integrates directly with Salesforce, eMoney and Orion, creating a more seamless advisor workflow and improving data consistency across systems. This connectivity allows us to scale more efficiently while enhancing the client experience. Zocks has also been a strong partner from both a support standpoint and in consistently executing on its product roadmap.

Direct Indexing and/or Tax-Loss Harvesting Services: Orion Custom Indexing

[Orion’s tools] enable tax-efficient, personalized portfolio construction.

Other Tools / Not Listed: HubSpot

We use HubSpot to support our marketing automation and lead management.
